Due to an internal promotion, Prairie Centre Credit Union is currently seeking a community-minded individual to fill the permanent full-time Deposit Support Specialist position. The successful candidate reports to the Manager of Deposit Services. Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
· Ensure staff comply with credit union policies and procedures, as well as federal and provincial legislation for all deposit products · Complete annual branch audits ensuring compliance for all deposit products · Assist staff with problem resolution on deposit products · Provide resource and help desk support to the deposit services area · Manage the administrative security as it applies to third party websites · Manage all registrations, branch transfers, and licensing as required by provincial compliance authorities · Research, develop, and facilitate training as required · Keep current with legislation, policies, and procedures
Candidates must have strong people skills, be able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Successful candidates must be committed to ongoing training and learning. You will be required to travel as well as work flexible and/or extended hours. Compensation: A competitive salary and benefits package (medical, vision, dental, critical illness, short and long term disability, life insurance) are available. Superannuation is matched up to 7%.
