| Commercial Account Manager |
| Spectra Credit Union Position: The core function of this position is to provide personal quality member service by developing, maintaining and growing effective long-term relationships internally within the credit union and externally with members. The successful applicant will possess well-rounded and in-depth commercial business knowledge demonstrated through a minimum of five years of commercial lending and account management experience. A strong customer service orientation with a proven ability to build effective and successful working relationships with commercial members is essential. Under general supervision, the incumbent is primarily focused on relationship management, recognizing member needs and delivering products and services, specifically commercial lending, some consumer, residential mortgage and agricultural lending products, in order to meet sales goals and objectives. The incumbent also cross-sells the deposit and investment products of Spectra Credit Union and manages relationships with cross-functional teams, such as Investment Services and Spectra Financial, to ensure seamless delivery of quality products, programs and services to members. The Commercial Account Manager has knowledge of and must adhere to designated limits, professional, regulatory and industry standards.
